Hosting and server logs
When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (such as IP address, timestamp and requested resource) in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. TODO: name the hosting provider and the data processing agreement.
Contact enquiries
If you use the form, we store your name, email address and the project details you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling the request). Email delivery is not yet connected to an external service; the data is held in the project database.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
