Process

A process that makes decisions visible.

A company website usually takes us eight to twelve weeks. Single pages are quicker, projects with a shop or integrations take longer. The most common delay is not on our side, it is missing content.

Getting to know each other

Decisions. Whether and on what terms we work together. Fit between goal, budget and timing.

Your part. A short brief on your situation, the existing website and a sense of budget and timeframe.

Feedback. No formal sign-off. Clarity on whether a proposal makes sense.

Strategy and goals

Decisions. Positioning, the audiences that should trigger an enquiry, and the business purpose of the website.

Your part. Access to internal knowledge: your offer, what sets you apart, the objections you hear.

Feedback. Sign-off on the strategic guard rails before structure and design begin.

Site structure and content

Decisions. Information architecture, page types, what belongs on the homepage and what does not.

Your part. Copy, images, facts. Where content is missing we mark it rather than writing around it.

Feedback. Sign-off on the structure before the visual system is worked out.

UX/UI design

Decisions. Typography, grid, imagery, interaction. The design system, not a single mockup slide.

Your part. Consolidated feedback in agreed rounds, not parallel individual opinions.

Feedback. One defined revision round per agreed scope. Further rounds are named up front.

Development

Decisions. Technology, performance, CMS fields, forms, tracking. What goes live, and what deliberately follows later.

Your part. Access to domain, hosting and analytics, plus prompt answers on open content questions.

Feedback. Review on staging. Content changes after design sign-off are tracked as scope.

06 · about 1 week

Quality assurance and launch

Decisions. Go-live, redirects, legal pages, a measurable starting configuration.

Your part. Final approval of the legal notice, the privacy policy and the published content.

Feedback. A checklist instead of a gut feeling. Launch only after approval.

07 · ongoing, optional

Support and optimisation

Decisions. What gets monitored and adjusted after launch.

Your part. Feedback from sales and from enquiries, not only analytics.

Feedback. A monthly or quarterly rhythm, depending on the support plan.

Revisions

Every agreed scope includes one defined revision round. We bundle feedback into rounds so that design and technology do not fall apart into parallel individual opinions. Any further rounds are named up front.

Payment model

  • 50 %on commissioning
